This was my first experience with a case of this nature. My immediate concerns were health, recovery and safety. A friend provided a referral and Jim has not disappointed me in any matter. Jim has been patient, kind, understanding and thorough in his explanations to me and answering my questions. Phone calls to Jim or the office were promptly returned, plus I received calls informing me of status of the case and clear instructions as to what I needed to do. Jim definitely was able to get more money for me than I would have been able to get on my own. It’s not just the money that’s important to me but integrity and strength of character and genuine concern. Jim is an excellent and elite attorney. I’m happy to give Jim five stars.

Having never experienced a personal injury case, I was extremely unsure of the process and what to expect. From my very first meeting with Jim, he proved to be friendly, knowledgeable, professional and understanding. He laid any of my anxiety to rest by thoroughly explaining all the necessary steps that I needed to take and by keeping a solid line of communication open throughout the entire process. He and his staff never made me feel as though I was just another case within their firm. They all responded in a timely manner to any of my phone calls and/or emails. Jim was fair and reasonable while fighting for my best interest, which led me to be extremely happy with the outcome of my case. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone going forward.

I was referred to Attorney Miron after a serious injury which required major surgery and one year of no work. My leg was shattered. Attorney Miron came to my house , as I was stuck on the couch until the surgery date which was one week out. He spent a few hours with me in the privacy of my home. His level of compassion was clearly evident in his soft demeanor and willingness to hang out with my husband and I to discuss our situation at hand. Fast forward a few years and the case settled. This can be a long, tedious process, Attorney Miron handled everything with ease until the end. Case resolved, once again, thank you for all your help. Our daughter was injured in an accident while we were traveling out of state with our RV in Connecticut. A friend that we made there recommended Jim to us, and we have been more than pleased with every aspect of his handling of this difficult process. We contacted Jim not long after the 2020 pandemic started, and he was helpful, informative, and patient as well as being very prepared to handle our communications remotely. He even assisted in the technical aspects of uploading the multitude of paperwork that we needed to send to his office. Jim was able to confidently guide us through every step of this process and ultimately negotiated a settlement with a major insurance company that will help inure that our daughter is taken care of in the future.
